PRIVATE SCHOOL APPLICATIONS

If you are considering a private school placement for your child, we ask that you follow the procedure outlined below.  This will allow us to obtain any Principal/Teacher/Counselor recommendations and to complete the application in a timely manner.

Procedure for Private School Applications:

1. ALL private school applications should be sent directly to Ms. Sydney Johnson, Registrar/Records Coordinator.

2. Parents/Guardians MUST complete and sign a Fulton County Schools Authorization to Release/Exchange Confidential Information Form (See hyperlink below).  NOTE: Even for online applications, parents must complete the Authorization Form.

3. Clearly indicate any application deadlines along with your name and contact information in case we have any questions. Allow 2 weeks for processing of application and letters of recommendation.

4. The various private school application forms will be distributed to the teachers, principal and/or counselor as requested.

5. When all the forms have been completed and an official transcript printed, the entire application will be mailed out to the private school.
